Processing your legal documents and setting up your business bank account are part of one simple process with Cosoc.
When you incorporate, you need to choose which type of business you want to have. There are five main types of business structures:
A Private Limited Company (limited by shares) belongs to legal business entities. It is separate from its shareholders and directors. Regardless, the company registration process is easy.
The corporate secretary is responsible for filing the Annual Returns and relevant accounting documents to ACRA. This is mandatory by law.
It is compulsory to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) for each financial year. The corporate secretary will schedule, organise and complete necessary documentations for the AGM and any other Board Meetings.
The corporate secretary updates any changes in the company on the Registers and makes sure details are all kept up to date.
Most importantly, they need to identify issues that do not comply with Singapore's legal framework and perform what is necessary to rectify them.
