Internal Training
Our team of nannies are experienced, cautiously screened and thoroughly trained to ensure they consistently deliver outstanding and reliable care. They are medically fit to perform the duties. Each nanny undergoes structured training in both practical (hard) and interpersonal (soft) skills. Only after passing a comprehensive examination can they become members of the nanny team. This process helps ensure they deliver well-rounded, attentive care and brings valuable experience to every home.
With a deep understanding of both traditional confinement practices and modern parenting expectations, our nannies are committed to delivering heartfelt care that truly supports your well-being and your baby’s development.
Our commitment doesn’t end there. We continuously monitor the nanny’s performance and quality of services through regular, thorough assessments to ensure the highest standards are consistently met. We believe in ongoing growth, so our nannies participate in periodic retraining sessions designed to upgrade their skills and keep them informed of the latest best practices and developments in postpartum care.
