Cancellation Terms
MamatGo Delivery has specific cancellation terms to ensure fairness for both customers and service providers. Below are the detailed cancellation terms for different scenarios:
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Customers can cancel their orders without any penalty if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched by the restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, or service provider.
After Dispatch
If an order is cancelled after the items have been dispatched, the customer may be charged a cancellation fee. The fee helps compensate the driver/rider for the effort and time spent, and it may depend on how far the rider/driver has traveled.
Rider/Driver-Initiated Cancellations
If a rider/driver cancels the delivery for any reason after accepting the order, MamatGo will immediately assign a new rider/driver to minimize delays.
Riders who frequently cancel after accepting deliveries may face penalties or limitations on future work assignments to maintain service reliability.
