Referral Commission to Rider/Driver

MamatGo Delivery offers a 3% referral commission to existing riders/drivers who successfully refer new riders/drivers to join the platform.
Here is a detailed explanation of how this referral program works:
How to Refer New Riders/Drivers:
Referral Code or Link: Each existing rider/driver is provided with a unique referral link or code.
Sign-Up Process: The new rider/driver must use this referral link or code during their registration process with MamatGo.

Eligibility Criteria:
The new rider/driver must be completely new to MamatGo and not have an existing account.
The referral will be considered valid only when the new rider/driver successfully completes their onboarding process and starts delivering with MamatGo.

Commission Structure:
The referring rider/driver earns 3% of the new rider/driver’s earnings from their deliveries.
Example: If the new rider/driver earns RM1,000 through their deliveries, the referring rider will earn RM30 as a referral commission.

Payout Process:
The earned referral commissions are added to the referring rider’s regular earnings and can be viewed within the MamatGo rider/driver app.
The payout of the commission follows MamatGo’s standard payment on monthly basis.
Tracking Referrals:
Existing riders/drivers can track their referred riders/drivers through the MamatGo app. This includes viewing the new rider/driver’s progress (e.g., whether they’ve started working and how much they’ve earned).
The app will notify the referrer once they are eligible for the 3% commission.
