Why seek counselling services?
- Big changes such as a major career shift or a change in marital status or even relocating to a new country can lead to emotional distress
- You may currently be managing painful or difficult emotions with alcohol, drugs, porn or other addictive means that commonly lead to larger problems
- You have lost a loved one, and while grieving is healthy, if you still feel the burden of the loss after a long period of time, therapy would be an option for you
